Return/Refund & Warranty:

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from GamerGates.

Product Warranty commences from the Date of the Invoice, normally for a period of 3 months unless specified otherwise.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period and doesn’t include any kind of external damage caused by buyer or any kind of software or OS related support. We provide NO WARRANTY on OS (Windows).

During the Warranty Period, GamerGates will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance and not due to any damage happen from customer’s end.

What will we do to correct problems?

GamerGates will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from GamerGates :

•             1 Month Used Device.

•             3 Months Refurbished Device.

•             1 Year Brand New Device.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

•             Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

•             Line on LCD appears after using the laptop. Line on LCD is caused mainly due to putting pressure or load on laptop.

•             Screen Bleed may not be covered if it’s by default in the all particular models from manufacturer.

•             Upton 5 dead/stuck pixels not covered.

•             Product damage caused by catastrophes, thunder stroke, faulty electric power and environmental factors.

•             Unauthorized changes of non-manufacturer parts, modifications or alterations, parts removal in or to the products

•             Damage caused by operator error or operator fails to comply user manual instruction, such as, but not limited to improper storage resulting in product get wet, corrosion, fell off, squeezed or exposed to inadequate temperature/humid environment.

•             Accessories or packing material or accessories such as boxes, user manual, bag, headset, mouse etc.

•             Any shipment charges to bring and deliver back the product.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. In order to contact the best option is to write an email to warranty@gamergates.com mentioning your order number so that a ticket shall be generated and matter can be dealt on priority.

P.S: Warranty will become null n void incase it’s traced out that the laptop/pc casing or screen has been opened.

Time require to fix the product in warranty claim?

That depends upon the nature of defect. Normal minor defect can be fixed within 3-7 days whereas any major defect appear could take up to 45-60 days in case any part is not available in local market an needs to be imported from outside UAE.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns:

If the item you have bought turns out to be manufacturer defective and can’t be repaired, or needed more repair, then Firstly the replacement shall be offered to you for the same unit and if that is not possible (due to unavailability) then a full refund shall be offered which could be in the form of credit note or cash refund depending upon the product you are purchasing or your prior agreement with customer service agent.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it

-Your item must be in the original packaging.

-Any packaging materials included with your purchase that include, but are not limited to laptop bag, mouse, charger, headphones, warranty cards etc must be returned with the item.

The following GamerGates items do not qualify for a refund or exchange under this policy:

–              Accessories Defect

–              Software/OS issues

–              Charger Burn

–              Minor cosmetics wear n tear

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds:

All items received for a return/exchange are subject to inspection by a GamerGates customer service team member prior to approval of the returns/exchange request. GamerGates reserves the right to reject any returns/ exchanges that do not adhere to this policy.

In the event you would like a refund of a purchase made through GamerGates  and it qualifies under the information provided in this policy, you will receive that refund in the form of a Credit Voucher and/or Credit Memo. GamerGates does not provide cash or credit refunds unless it’s agreed prior or in some circumstances. All Credit Memos and Credit Vouchers must be redeemed in the GamerGates Web store within twelve months of issue.

Exchange:

You also have the choice to exchange the item with another item fall under the same price or more. Incase your exchange item is priced higher than your current item then you have to pay that price difference.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs priced at AED 30 in which we will arrange the courier to collect the item from your doorstep and incase of exchange, the item will be delivered to you at no extra cost. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

P.S: All refunds & exchanges are applied to hardware defected piece only whether it’s a 1% defect but will not be applied incase you don’t like the product design or any of its feature or any OS related problem.
